These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Express Restoration LLC website (www.expressrestorationllc.com), services, and communications — including SMS/text messaging. 1. Program Description
Express Restoration LLC ("Express Restoration," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional property restoration and remodeling services in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro areas. When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive text messages related to:
- Service Scheduling: Appointment confirmations, technician dispatch, and crew arrival updates.
- Project Updates: Status notifications for active restoration or remodeling projects.
- Estimates & Documentation: Estimate delivery, invoice notifications, and photo documentation requests.
- Customer Support: Responses to your inquiries and follow-up communications.
- Promotional Messages: Occasional service updates or promotions for restoration-related services (if you have opted in to marketing communications).
2. Opt-In & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any Express Restoration website form (including our Free Estimate form, Contact form, or Service Request form), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Express Restoration LLC at the phone number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to receive restoration or remodeling services from Express Restoration LLC.
You may also opt in by texting "START" to our business number to begin receiving messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and communication preferences. For active restoration projects, you may receive multiple messages per week. For estimate inquiries, you will typically receive 1–5 messages. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP"to any text message you receive from Express Restoration LLC. After sending "STOP," you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Express Restoration LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS messaging program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9.1 Estimates & Proposals
All estimates provided by Express Restoration LLC are based on the visible conditions at the time of assessment. Actual project costs may vary if additional damage or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the restoration or remodeling process. Written change orders will be provided for any scope adjustments.
9.2 Insurance Coordination
Express Restoration LLC works directly with insurance companies on your behalf. However, we do not guarantee insurance claim approval or payment amounts. The homeowner remains ultimately responsible for any balance not covered by insurance.
9.3 Scheduling & Access
Timely access to the project site is essential. Delays caused by lack of access, homeowner-requested changes, or third-party dependencies (e.g., insurance adjuster availability) may affect project timelines. We will communicate any schedule adjustments promptly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Express Restoration LLC provides SMS communications on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that messages will be delivered without error or delay. We are not liable for any damages arising from SMS message content, delivery failures, or carrier issues.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our services or SMS messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
