Basement Conversion Family Room
The Challenge
An unfinished, damp concrete basement in a classic Portland home was unused, leaving the growing family needing more usable living space.
Our Solution
We handled complete framing, electrical, and insulation. Installed luxury vinyl plank flooring over a moisture barrier, added recessed lighting, and custom-built an entertainment center wall. Upgraded the stairwell for seamless integration with the main floor.
The Result
Added 800 sq. ft. of comfortable, dry living space that the entire family uses daily, significantly increasing the total heated square footage of the home.
