Tree Impact Roof Reconstruction
The Challenge
A 90 mph windstorm snapped a large Douglas Fir, sending it crashing through the roof of a single-family home, compromising two bedrooms.
Our Solution
We provided emergency crane extraction for the tree, followed by immediate roof tarping within 4 hours. Once the weather cleared, our framing team rebuilt the roof structure and installed a 50-year architectural shingle roof.
The Result
The home was securely weatherproofed the same day, preventing tens of thousands of dollars in secondary water damage. The final reconstruction looks as though the tree never fell.
